This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Rephina Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd website and any systems or services we host or provide.
You agree not to:
- use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the security or operation of our services;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through our systems;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Hosted client systems
Where we host or maintain systems on your behalf, you remain responsible for how you and your users use those systems, and for ensuring your own use complies with applicable law, including POPIA where personal information is involved.
Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, particularly where there is a risk to security or to other users.
